Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
So many things that I am thankful for – a great family, close friends, and the ability to write and sing about whatever I wish. As I think about Thanksgiving, it always warms my heart. I can still smell all of the meals that my parents provided, down to the fresh cut celery for Mom’s stuffing. – still the best!
Of course, the next step is Christmas with all its magic, but let’s slow down. Just for today. Enjoy this day with whomever you are with and be thankful. Even if your situation is not ideal – be thankful. Not because other people have it better or worse, but be thankful for simply being here at this moment. Enjoy this day. Happy Thanksgiving!
